Sorry, we can only post orders within mainland UK via the website. Please get in touch if you’d like to to arrange a delivery to any other address.
Orders are dispatched the next working day by second-class post (please allow up to 7 working days). If you haven’t received your order by that time, please get in touch.
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind about your order and it hasn’t yet been dispatched, please get in touch and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to return it because it’s faulty or an incorrect item, please get in touch and request a returns reference number before you send it back. If the error is ours, we’ll refund the cost of the order, including the cost of return postage.
This refunds process doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
